    Q: Order being despatched
    When will my order be sent?

    A: We post within Australia 3- 5 business day after payment is received. This is due to the nature of the product and that you are purchasing a handmade product which is not mass produced.

    How long will it be take for my order to be delivered?

    A: All orders are sent through Australia Post so please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

    Q: Refunds
    What if I don't like something I bought?

    A: We want you to be very happy with any purchase from our online store.
    We take great care in packing all orders to ensure they arrive safely to you.
    We will replace any item that is found to be defective with an identical item, provided that we are notified of the defect within five days of delivery to you. After the five days we will no longer be responsible for any defects found. Please inspect your items upon receipt. If they are the wrong items or if they are damaged simply return them back to us and if we do not have one in stock we will offer store credit or give a full refund of the price of the product.

    Please make sure you choose carefully as we do not give refunds or return items that have been chosen incorrectly.

    I want to purchase a candle as gift, will you send it directly to the recipient?

    A: Yes, Sterika is more then happy to send the item purchased directly to the receipent to save postage. Just let me know at check out.

    Do you accept orders from overseas?

    A: Sterika will accept orders from our overseas customers. If you are an overseas customer please note that we will need to provide you with an international shipping quote. Please use currency converter if you require amount in a different currency.

    How is your postage and shipping handled?

    A: We will ship most of our products any where in the World. If you are an international customer, please use the `Contact us` link to request shipping information and prices.
    We post all items via Australia Post.
    This store uses the Australia Post Calculator to work out shipping. If there are any discrepancies after your order has been placed in regards to the postage total, a refund of the difference will be given.

    Payment is required within 3 days of your order being placed, failure to pay will result in your order being cancelled.

    Payments can be made through direct deposit to our Australian bank account, or securely via Pay Pal by credit card.
